Tempo Lake is not open to the public for fishing or boating. Hunting is never allowed. All property surrounding the lake is private property, including the parks at the north and south ends of the lake. Nonresident use of the Tempo Lake Glade parks for fishing and/or launching boats is trespassing. Thank you for respecting our beautiful setting, its creatures and the covenants we live by.
No Hunting Allowed
NO hunting of wildlife or the use of firearms is permitted in the Tempo Lake Glade except: Firearms
may be used by the Architectural Control Committee TLGA HOA Board or their representative to protect wildlife from
predatory animals.

Boating Rules
- Only electric motors are allowed on Tempo Lake. Gas powered motors of any size or type are not permitted
- Tempo Lake Glade residents may launch and recover their boats from the boat ramp located at the North Park.
- Lot numbers must be displayed on all boats.
- All boats and vehicles must be kept clear of the boat ramp and dock to allow easy and free access to the ramp and dock.
- Resident boats may be kept at the north park, however, they must be in the designated area for boats and the Boat Registration form must be submitted and approved prior to placement.
- boats must be in serviceable condition
- all boats left on HOA grounds are left at the owners risk. TLGA assumes no responsibility for damages or theft.
- Boats may not be left in the water or moored to the TLGA park dock.

Fishing
Tempo Lake is not open to the public. TLGA members pay to stock our beautiful lake with trout and other species. Washington State fishing regulations apply to Tempo Lake fishermen, such as licensing requirements, catch limits and size limits. Fishing is only open to Tempo Lake Glade residents and their guests (guests must be accompanied
