TOMORROW’S (Jan 9, 2024) BOARD MEETING MAY BE CANCELLED DUE TO WIND
As of Mon, Jan8, 2pm, there is a high wind advisory of 50mph hitting us tomorrow. The Jan. 9 meeting may be cancelled. Notification on cancellation will be found here by 4pm tomorrow, the day of this meeting. Thank you
As of Tues, Jan9, 3:30 The wind has not been as bad as predicted and is forcasted to be getting lighter. The meeting will be held as scheduled.
LAKE WATER LEVELS
Tempo Lake is fed by several streams around it as well as a few under water springs. This helps with the oxygenation of the lake water, but causes the water level to rise and fall with the seasons. The water level of the lake is monitored daily. As of December 1, 2023, It has yet to reach the highest water level of last year. As the levels rise and fall, the dam is adjusted.
water system shutdown training
August 16, 2023: KCL construction, the water system repair company, will be onsite at 4:00 PM Wednesday the 16th to provide water system shutdown training. We will meet in the North park and travel through the neighborhood from there.
This SATURDAY AND SUNDAY from 8am to 3pm, the HOA yard sale is being advertised for members, giving an advantage to all members wishing to hold their own yard sale. You can make your own hours, but those are the hours put on the advertising. No one is required to hold a yard sale. If you would not like to hold your sale on your property, you may hold it at the North Park/boat launch park. Please take away all items and trash at the end of your sale. Thank
HOA Annual Yard Sale

Today Northwest Aquatic Management LLC “will treat the healthy pads around all docks and waterfronts to create access for everyone around the lake. This was our goal when we discussed the treatment plan for this year. (Regarding the dying lilies, ) we were not going to treat 100% of the pads this year anyhow, that would create mud mat issues and we want to stay away from that. … We will regroup for 2024. This plan was a three-year plan…” which will be paid for year-by-year.

July 17, 2023: Pot hole in driveway to the South Park/ Tennis courts is being repaired today
*****************************************************************************************Tempo Lake HOA is stocking our lake with young fish on JUNE 10 AT 10AM. All HOA members are invited to bring their families to watch and celebrate with a picnic. The HOA will provide the hot dogs and games. One of our residence will bring his Blue-Grass Band (consider tossing his band a donation). Please bring your own drinks, blanket and chairs, and sign up to bring one item or food dish at this link
