TLGA Board Members
2023-2024
Our CCR’s require that we have a minimum of three board members:” president, vice president, secretary and treasurer, provided the office of secretary and treasure may be combined…” (Article lV: Officers) . Our current board holds a maximum of 7 seats to be held for a one-year term. There are no term limits. *The current, temporary roll of officers is such that the secretary is holding the title of treasurer. The president and vice president are performing the duties of treasure until the routine of the duties with the new bookkeeper are established. The office of the treasurer will be filled once a routine is established.
Members are elected at the annual meeting, unless there is a mid-term vacancy, which “shall be filled by the board of trustees, and such appointee shall serve until the next annual meeting of the members and his successor has been duly elected and qualified.” By-Laws article lll; section 5
President:
Paul Gullekson
Paul is a general contractor and has developed and built properties in the HOA for several years. He and his wife plan to move into their house on Tempo Lake in 2024.

Vice President:
Doreen Smith
Doreen has a BS in Environmental Studies, worked as an Aquarist for the Tacoma Zoo and a Naturalis for NW Trek. She now works for the Dept. of Natural Resources. She has lived across from the lake for 40 years.
Secretary:
Maureen Ramos
Maureen has been in TLG for 10 years. She is a self described domestic engineer, busy with 2 teens, the last of 9 kids, and 11 grandchildren. She served on the board several years ago.
Member at large: Catherine Carmel
Catherine has lived off Stedman Rd on Parker Hill for 8 years with her husband and youngest daughter. She is a lifelong educator, working in Olympia, and a hobby farmer, raising and showing Marans chickens.
Member at Large: Kerry O’Leary
Kerry has lived on Tempo Lake for over 10 years. She served on the board for almost as long as she’s lived here and was the president of the board for about 9 years from 2013-2022. In 2022-2023 she served as the treasurer.
Member at Large: Destiny Horsefall
Destany Horsfall has lived in TLG for 6 years with her family. She now is a stay-at-home mom of four young boys. She has served on the VFW Axillary Board in Tenino as senior vice president for the last three years.
Member at Large: Patrick Trahan
Patrick and his family have been in the community for 8 years. He owns and operates a property management company and a community water system, He is looking forward to helping the community to be a happy loving neighborhood where everyone knows everyone and is willing to help anyone.
