TLGA’s current HOA dues are $190.00 annually.
Additionally, there is an assessment for the treatment of invasive lily pads. This is $50.00 per non-lakefront lot and $200.00 per lakefront lot per year to be assessed in the years 2023, 2024 and 2025. After 2025, this assessment will cease.
