Annual HOA Members’ Meeting 2024

All owners in good standing are encouraged to attend this meeting. We will discuss many very important issues affecting our HOA and its future. Please print the PDF below which includes the proposed budget and by-law changes. According to the TLGA lawyer, Thomas Westbrook, you must be present to vote for board members and motions made at the meeting. Next term’s proposed budget is also posted here (and on the finance page of the website).
