TLGA Water Supply

TLGA ‘s water is pumped up from aquafers many feet under it. The water is tested regularly and the pumping system is maintained by NWS.

The Natural Beauty of Tempo Lake Glade

Tempo Lake is a small, natural lake. Its size was enlarged by the building of a dam on the south end and the founders of the community excavating a large area on the northwest shore of the original lake. The area is home to native and resident birds and animals, as well as migratory birds and non natives creatures. The bullfrogs, for example, are not native. Working together: Volunteer Opportunity

Tempo Lake has a dam at the south end. In the fall, winter and spring, debris piles up. It would be very helpful to the community if members would pick a day of the month to remove debris from the South Park dam, which can be done here:
